The 2016 HSC languages oral examination timetable is now available on the BOSTES website.
Teachers can view the dates, times and venues for all oral language examinations on Schools Online from Monday 30 May to Friday 3 June. They are able to schedule examinations for their students from Monday 6 June to Tuesday 14 June. Confirmation sheets, indicating examination times, venues and relevant venue maps, will be available to students via Students Online from Monday 11 July. Students should also go to Students Online to read helpful information and watch a short video on how to prepare for their oral examination. If yes, please comment on this post with your impressions, particularly with regard to how classes of 30 Year 8 students handle the changed environment. I will curate responses and share here. Are you interested in sharing your school's experiences using ClassMovie? Applications are now open for rural and remote schools to apply for funding to support the development of a ClassMovie showcasing success in online collaboration. Schools will gain free access to the ClassMovie platform and receive funds to support staff to develop the documentary that highlights the school's journey. Applications close Friday 18th March. In honour of this historic milestone, the Faculty of Education and Social Work in conjunction with the Modern Language Teachers’ Association of New South Wales (MLTA NSW) will be hosting a cocktail reception. We would be delighted if you could join us in these celebrations. The reception will follow the MLTA’s Annual Conference on Friday 18th March.
