Investigation of Korean Cuisine- an example of language teaching and learning with ICT

ICT supports the achievement of the language learning outcomes, enabling students to learning about other cultures more interactive ways. It also emphasises creativity not just productivity. Year 8 students of Homebush BHS went to their field trip to Strathfield (where many Korean shops and restaurants), tasted Korean food and then created a video clip about what they ate.
