The Community Language Induction Program (CLIP) provides teachers with opportunities to develop skills in planning, implementing and evaluating effective Community Language Programs in primary schools.
The program is a four full day face-to-face workshop and an eight-week school based component involving a work shadowing experience. The face-to-face workshops will take place as follows: Phase 1 Wednesday 4th March and Thursday 5th March 2015 Phase 2 Thursday 28th May & Friday 29th May 2015 For more information please follow this link: http://www.languagesnsw.com/community-languages/community-languages-induction-program-clip1 If you wish to attend the workshops, please download the Application Form, complete and email to sana.zreika@det.nsw.edu.au The AEF National Conference 2014 will be held at SMC Conference Centre, Sydney, from 16-17 June with an option of Day 3 professional learning master classes. Registrations are now open.
The Conference provides the opportunity for schools, principals, teachers, teacher educators, education jurisdictions and professional bodies to share their practice in progressing Asia literacy. There are two ways you can do this: - 15 minute Spotlight on Schools presentation - 7 or 2 minute TeachMeet presentation Please see Call for presentations for further details about presentations, themes and how to submit a short proposal.
