​2017 Australian Principals' Korean Study Tour
 
'The Australian Principals' Korean Study Tour' program has been successfully running since 2010 and is intended to help facilitate Australian principals and educational leaders’ engagement with the Korean history, language, culture and people of Korea. Approximately 130 Australian principals and educational leaders have participated in the program, and the feedback has been very positive. 2017 the APKST will be held during the Easter school holiday period. The details of the program are as follows:
 
 Periods and cities
○ April 9 (Sunday) ~ April 18 (Tuesday) 2017 
○ Gongju, Sejong, Daejeon, Cheonan, Busan, Gyeongju, Pohang, Asan, Youngin, Gapyeong, Seoul 
 
The Host Organisation
○ 2017 the Australian Principals’ Korean Study Tour has been developed and hosted by the Korean Education Centre – Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in Sydney 
 
Participants : 20~23 persons 
○ Principals from primary and secondary schools 
○ Educational leaders from the Department of Education 
 
Expenses
○ The inland expenses will be provided by the Ministry of Education in Korea (For example, full-board, a single room, transfers, guides, entrance fees and interpretor etc) 
○ The return airfare and travel insurance are the participants' responsibility 
 
Application deadline
○ December 9 (Friday), 2016
