The cost of the conference is $220 for government school teachers and $440 for non-government school teachers. Enrolment is through MyPL and it is a registered course for 10 hours.
Government schools will be direct debited after the event, and non-government schools will receive an invoice after the event.
The conference will focus on curriculum and syllabus requirements, including intercultural language learning, resources including the Language Learning Space, ICT, craft activities etc.
Many teachers have offered to present and share their ideas, and I hope I will hear from other teachers as well - these sessions are always a highlight of the conference.
Accommodation will be provided for non-metropolitan government school teachers - please email firstname.lastname@example.org . Rural and remote teachers can apply for a travel grant through the same email.
The conference has been published on MyPL, event 96629, title Professional Learning Conference for Teachers of Japanese. When searching on MyPL, less information is usually better than more! I'm attaching the information for registration of non-DEC teachers.
