The Program
The Ship for World Youth Leaders (SWYL) Program, operated by the Cabinet Office of the Government of Japan, is a program that involves young people from Japan and countries all around the world. The participants board the Ship for World Youth, live together, and while on board they will study and discuss common issues from a global perspective in addition to participating in various activities that involve multi-cultural and multi-national exchange opportunities.
The application period for the 28th SWYL Program is now open. If you are an Australian citizen aged between 18 and 30 years old, and would like to participate in this life changing journey, please follow the instructions on the Embassy of Japan website: http://www.au.emb-japan.go.jp/en/education/education_ship.html
