Sake Seminar at Symposium Dinner

Venue: L'Aqua, Cockle Bay Wharf
Cost: $100 (inc GST) per person
The dinner is the social highlight of the symposium, providing a great opportunity to network with Japanese language educators and other stakeholders in a relaxed environment.
Chase Kojima, one of Australia's most influential Japanese chefs, has been invited to speak at the dinner. The dinner will also feature a Sake seminar led by certified Sake specialist Yukino Ochiai, Director of Deja vu Sake Company, Sake Samurai, WSET Level 3 Japanese sake education and Kikizakeshi.
Registration for the symposium remains open until Sunday 14 October 2018.
