We have just published new resources for Stage 5 Japanese, through which students develop the language skills and understanding for travelling in Japan – places of interest, travel etiquette, accommodation, travelling around and making comparisons to recommend best options.
You will find a sample unit of work (with embedded resources - both online and to print/share electronically), a sample assessment task (with marking guidelines) and an updated scope and sequence. The resource set can be accessed from the Japanese Stages 4 and 5 section of our website, under the heading 'Stage 5 - Japanese'. It makes 'miso' happy to see so many registering for the conference ... don't sit back in a month’s time wondering what have 'udon', there is still time to register.
Registrations are open until 4 March … it is going to be 'sensei-tional'! Please visit the conference website for agenda, information and registration. https://regodirectv2.com.au/japaneseteachersconference Don't miss out on the Consul-General, fantastic arrange of displays from our stallholders, presentations from the Tanken Centre, Japan Foundation and from your Japanese colleagues, on student retention strategies, IT in lessons, differentiation, engagement and assessment strategies. |
