EOI - Seeking experienced teachers to develop resources for Indonesian Stage 6 Extension course

The Languages and Culture team is seeking experienced departmental (DoE) teachers of the Stage 6 Indonesian Extension course to create high-quality support materials for the new course prescriptions (2019-2023) that will be implemented in Term 4 2018.

Participation in the writing project will be over a period of 5 days:
- Monday 4 December 2017
- Tuesday 12 December 2017
- Wednesday 13 December 2017
- Thursday 15 February 2018
- Friday 23 February 2018.

Non-metropolitan teachers are welcome to apply - travel and accommodation reimbursements are available.

Should you wish to participate, please complete the EOI form attached below and email the completed form to aris.cao1@det.nsw.edu.au.

Closing date for applications: Friday 22 September 2017.

Extension and Background Speakers Prescriptions Survey - nominations for Indonesian needed

The Board of Studies, Teaching and Educational Standards NSW (BOSTES) is still seeking further text nominations for the 2019–2023 Higher School Certificate course prescriptions for both the Languages Extension courses in Arabic, Chinese, French, German, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Modern Greek and Spanish as well as the Background Speaker courses in Chinese, Indonesian, Japanese and Korean.

Indonesian Speaking Practice Day

Ida Harsojo and Ilian Yang are planning a Speaking Practice Day for Year 12 students of the Beginners, Continuers, Extension courses.

It will be held at Burwood Girls High School on Saturday morning 21 June 2014.

To help with the planning, we would like an indication of the number of teachers and students likely to attend.

Open High School akan mengadakan Lokakarya new Extension Course untuk Film LP yang akan diadakan:

Tanggal: Selasa 26 November 2013
Jam: 12 - 4:00 sore
Di: Open High School, 78 Avoca St Randwick

Program :
12:00 - 1:00 makan siang (disediakan)
1:00 - 200  diskusi tentang isu-isu
2:00 - 3:00 berbagi sumber-sumber pelajaran
3:00 - 4:00 berbagi teknik mengajar film (film teknik, membuat soal-soal latihan dan ujian) dan tanya jawab.

Kalau bapak ibu ingin hadir dan berpartisipasi tetapi belum memberitahu kami, silakan email Ida (untuk catering). 

Kami tunggu selambat-lambatnya tanggal 22 November 2013.
