Thank you for awarding me the Denise Soos Beginners Scholarship of $500.
With the money given to me I was able to buy an exercise book, Greek – English dictionary and pay my school fees. I’m enjoying Modern Greek Beginners because I am learning more about the language, the Greek people and their culture.
Hopefully now that I am learning Greek I will be able to go to Greece and communicate more effectively with my family and study Greek to achieve the highest marks possible.
