An evening with Sönke Wortmann
The Goethe Institut is hosting an evening with film director Sönke Wortmann at the Chauvel Cinema in Sydney on 9 February from 6 pm. His films 'The Miracle of Bern' (2003) and 'Locked-In Society' (Eingeschlossene Gesellschaft, 2022) will be shown simultaneously in German with English subtitles. There will be a Q&A session after the movies. If you would like to attend, please send an email and provide details on which movie you would like to attend and whether you are bringing a friend.

Your opinion counts – events for teachers and students of German in 2023                                        Following on from the workforce survey from last year, expressions of interest are being sought from teachers of Stages 4-6 wishing to participate in a range of exciting events for teachers and students in 2023. Teachers are asked to respond via this form as soon as possible (but no later than Wednesday 22 February), as the staging of these events will be largely informed by the data collected in this form. For more information, please contact Ali Dean.
