In an endeavour to promote the study of French in our schools, and encourage Year 8 students to consider French as an option in Year 9, NAFT is organizing an immersion weekend at Milson Island for its members from 26 to 28 August 2016.
The cost of the weekend will be $225 per student and teacher. Apart from their supervisory role, accompanying teachers must be prepared to work with a group of students and present an item at the Saturday night concert. A deposit of $50 per student is required upon Registration. The closing date for Registration is Friday 29 July. The balance of $175 is due on Friday 5 August. It would be appreciated if the accompanying teacher collected the money and send one school cheque made out to Blacktown Girls High School together with the attached registration form to: Ritta Serret, Blacktown Girls High School PO Box 6009, Blacktown 2148.
