We have just published sample questions, organised by topic, for Arabic Continuers. We are so sorry we could not publish these last month, to support students preparing for their oral examination. Publication was delayed due to issues with the font when editing.

We have just added a document to our website to support students of Arabic Continuers in understanding the purpose, structure and language features of the prescribed text types, with sample questions to practise.
EOI - Seeking experienced teachers to develop resources for Arabic Stage 6 Extension course5/9/2017 The Languages and Culture team is seeking experienced departmental (DoE) teachers of the Stage 6 Arabic Extension course to create high-quality support materials for the new course prescriptions (2019-2023) that will be implemented in Term 4 2018. Participation in the writing project will be over a period of 5 days: - Monday 4 December 2017 - Tuesday 12 December 2017 - Wednesday 13 December 2017 - Thursday 15 February 2018 - Friday 23 February 2018. Non-metropolitan teachers are welcome to apply - travel and accommodation reimbursements are available.
