K-6 Languages teachers are invited to attend one of four CLIL workshops presented by Associate Professor Russell Cross from the Melbourne Graduate School of Education, University of Melbourne. These workshop sessions cater for teachers new to CLIL methodology as well as teachers who have previously attended workshops provided by Early Learning and Primary Education.

Content Language and Integrated Learning (CLIL) offers opportunities to improve the process of language learning and language teaching. CLIL enhances student involvement, fostering creative and critical thinking.

Advanced two-day course: Tuesday 14 November & Wednesday 15 November 2017

*Please note: Advanced sessions are designed as a two-day course for schools involved in the NSW Bilingual Schools Program or for teachers in other bilingual programs who have previously attended the introductory course.

Enrolments close 11 October 2017.

The Hindi interactive whiteboard resources from the Our Asian Stories/Curriculum K-12 websites have now been uploaded on to Yammer.

NSW public school teachers can continue to access the resources through the Languages NSW - Resources group on Yammer.

Non-government teachers can access the resources through networking with colleagues, as we are unable to provide public access on this occasion.

You will need to access from a computer (not a mobile device).
