The complete package includes:
- * Lessons leading up to our visit, worksheets for the recipe and IWB activities. These all allow the students to become familiar with the ingredients and method of cooking and gain a deeper understanding of the food’s origins. The resources are presented in either English or the native language of the cuisine.
* A completely “hands on” cooking class directed by experienced chef and teacher Luca Roncari. We provide all cooking materials, ingredients, cutlery and plates, chef hats, aprons, gloves and protective clothing for each student. Everything we bring meets NSW food safety standards. A risk assessment and permission note are provided prior to the incursion and we cater to all dietary requirements.

Our classes run for 1 hour and we cater for small and large groups.
