The new Chinese syllabus (released in 2017) has now been integrated into NESA's Program Builder. The Program Builder is an online programming tool that allows teachers to select outcomes and content directly from the syllabus in order to create scope and sequences and units.

Teachers are able to sign in to Program Builder using their departmental or Scootle login details and the Program Builder is accessible from NESA's website using the following link:
http://educationstandards.nsw.edu.au/wps/portal/nesa/k-10/understanding-the-curriculum/programming

A reminder that implementation of the new Chinese syllabus is in 2019 (for Years 7 and 9) and in 2020 (for Years 8 and 10).
